Vitamin B12 is an essential nutrient involved in all your metabolic functions. Helps maintain your brain health and reduce the risk of eye diseases. Since your body cannot create it on its own, it is important that you take effective supplements that are absorbed directly into the bloodstream, such as sublingual alfa B-12 tablets.

Suggested Use:  Adults and children over the age of 12: take one (1) tablet daily and a maximum of three (3) tablets daily if desired.  Place tablet under the tongue and allow to dissolve.  Do not swallow hole.
