RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At ENZACTA, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure efficient handling of orders and returns. Upon receipt of an order, it is imperative that the receiver promptly inspects the shipment to verify completeness and condition. If any discrepancies are identified, immediate action must be taken to rectify the situation in accordance with ENZACTA's Policies and Procedures.

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Unopened product may be returned within 10 business days for a full refund, less shipping.
    Product samples are not subject to return or a refund. 
    Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
    To initiate a return, please contact Customer Support at Enzacta to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #).
    If an order is purchased and then delivery is refused, ENZACTA may charge the purchaser for the return shipping costs.

  • RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) PROCESS

    To initiate a return, customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting Customer Service. RA numbers can be obtained by contacting the Returns Department at ENZACTA via email at usasupport@enzacta.net, via phone at 952-471-3280, or the submission form below.

    Once an RA number is obtained, customers should send all returns to: ENZACTA, Attn: Returns Department, 1712 Pioneer Ave, Ste 794, Cheyenne, WY 82001

  • REFERRAL RETURNS

    Any commissions paid for an order that is subsequently returned will be deducted from the following IBO check.

    ENZACTA reserves the right to withhold commissions for the full return policy period if necessary.
